Personal and professional.

I waited about 20 minutes and Dr.Hippler was the only physician working. He was friendly and professional. He gave me 3 options to deal with my chronic ingrown toenails on my big toes. He did not pressure me to make a decision. He said, 'think about it.' 'We can do whatever you feel comfortable with. We follow up in 2 weeks if you have the matriectomy.' He offered his handsake as he left the office.
