Dr. Ryan Higley, DDS

They have an insane policy that says the patient's driver must wait in the lobby for the entire oral surgery. I guess they think other that other people's time is not valuable. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go somewhere else!

The consultation was very short, provided little to no explanation of the procedure, pain, or healing process. Higley rushed in for procedure, no explanation of how things went, no sharing of implant x-ray. Appointment made for 3 month test of implant. I called & was discouraged from coming in. At 2 weeks, with constant pain and low-grade fever, I begged to be seen. He said there might be a bone fragment that he might remove later. No x-ray taken. He denied it was the implant. Second opinion: by same-day extraction & implant, there was trauma, inflammation. Second follow-up with low-grade fever & constant pain; Higley said it was not the implant. Again, no x-ray or scan. Zero empathy. Zero respect. 2.5 months, pus oozed from implant site. Removed by different oral surgeon, infected & failed. Bone loss. PTSD from dental gaslighting. Extremely bad experience.

Dr. Higley has made a long process of restoring my smile quick and painless. He has been amazing to work with and does an amazing job.

To learn you have to have your front teeth pulled because of root canal failure, then learn you have no bone to hold the implant and you have really thin gum tissue. my world fell apart. im in my forties so hopefully I have a lot of years left. Dr Higley saved my "face"

Dr. Higley takes time to explain everything we need to know about surgery and after. Staff from front to back is excellent. If you need anything done Dr. Higley is the best

Were I to sum up my tooth extraction experience with Dr. Higley, I would adamantly say I was well taken care of in every aspect. Post-op consultation was fantastic. I was nervous to come in and have a tooth extracted, obviously, but I was put at ease by the kind staff, and their caring nature. My treatment plan helped me with my tooth problems, and I feel confident in continuing with restoration therapy with Dr. Higley and his staff.
