Not Dependable
Telehealth
Twice, now, Dr. Greene has not responded to my pharmacy's request for refills. I gave plenty of notice. The first time I ran out of medication, due to her delayed response, and it caused me extreme anxiety. The second time, she ignored the request for 6 days. Another Psychiatrist actually reached out to me, refilled it, and took me on as a patient. Apparently she intercepted my messages to Dr. Greene on MyChart. I don't know if Dr. Greene is overloaded with patients, but her delay in response to refill requests is unacceptable. I no longer see her as a doctor.

Does not know what she is doing.I told her I could not concentrate and all she said was yeh that is what happens when your depressed.Did not do or say anything to resolve it.She would be better working at a gym as a trainer.
