Follow up Appointment
My mother (age 87) had a follow up appt with Dr Ryan Drake. We were very disappointed with the care that she was given. He was very rude, unprofessional and made us feel as if we were bothering him. He gave her a cognitive test (in depth) and she only missed one. Instead of giving her the results and telling her that she did a good job, she was made to feel as if she did a terrible job and was made to feel stupid. I have worked in the medical field for 30 years giving cognitive test daily and I would never make one of my patient's feel this way. FYI, he was given one star, only because this is the only way I could leave a review.

Great, Caring Doctor Who Listens
Dr. Drake is one of the most caring doctors I've met in a very long time. He took the time to listen, laid out all my options, gave me his opinion on the best course of action (very helpful!), but also said the decision was up to me. He took my medical history into account when giving advice, even though I was a new patient. I felt 'heard'. He combines the best of modern medicine with an A-plus 'bedside manner'. First thing I did when I got home was recommend him to a friend.

Great Visit!
Dr. Drake is knowledgeable, pleasant, easy to talk to and understood all my issues. He listened to everything I had to say and offered his knowledge to make my life more pleasant. The bottom line, I felt much better when I left there compared to when I walked in. I feel confident I have a great ENT in place now as my old one retired and Dr. Drake is a great replacement. Thank you for your great advice!

Not satisfied
I’ve been suffering with dizziness and lots of other uncomfortable symptoms for some time now. When has affected my life completely. Dr Ryan had not prescribed me medications just vitamins you can get over the counter. Not to mention my ent Wang, I felt threw me onto him because perhaps my issues were not as important. Very unsatisfied and will not go back to this practice

He is amazing
He he caring and just amazing. He did everything possible to make me feel better. Surgery went great no pain or any other side affects after. Fast healing.
