When I called, the receptionist informed me that I needed to pay $70, which would be credited toward the procedure. This meant that the consultation would effectively be free once the procedure was booked. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment, but the doctor later canceled it, stating that he could not perform the procedure. Given this, he should have refunded my payment, but he refused. If I could rate this experience 0 stars, I certainly would. I’m sharing this to help others avoid being scammed by this doctor.

Dr. Diepenbrock and his staff are awesome. My procedure went extremely well, and I am very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

I consulted with Dr Diepenbrock about a non-surgical nose job. I was not a good candidate because of structural issues. Dr. D. was so inspired to correct my nose, I made the spontaneous decision to go ahead with a Rhinoplasty after he alleviated my fears. Dr. D did a phenomenal job! My nose fits my face now – not too big, not too little. I still look like me, but better. I had zero post-op or recovery pain. I love the results! Dr. D and his warm friendly staff definitely get my 5 stars!

I had a Blepharoplasty surgery and laser under my eyes over 10 days ago. The results are incredible! Dr. Diepenbrock is an excellent surgeon. I am super happy with the results and with the entire process. I highly recommend him and his staff. So thankful to find an excellent surgeon that I can trust!.

I had a regular dentist remove a tooth and a root broke off they took me in immediately and before I knew it they completed the job. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I couldn't be anymore satisfied!

I am 55 and had saggy eyelids that made me look old and tired. Dr D removed tissue along crease of lid and with one long suture for healing ~ bam! It was done. Very little time healing time. Love my results!

Afraid, I thought I must premedicate before going but it wasn’t necessary. It ultimately made matters worse. My fault and I apologized at 2nd visit then afterwards Doctor sat down across from me to explain everything I needed to know, even had nurse double check on date so he could give me the appropriate info, and surprisingly gave me something I didn’t expect - honest facts. For me at least I think it’s vital to listen and learn something new even if you’ll never use that info again; it makes us all better in the end. My point is that I didn’t give Dr. Diepenbrock a chance during the 1st visit out of fear but when I put that aside, trust that he would administer the correct numbing meds and given the opportunity to listen and ask questions he is actually a cool professional (in every sense). Thank you.
