Dr. Ryan Diederich, MD

He reconstructed my hand after a terrible injury. He was very professional and did an amazing job on my hand. All I can say is I highly recommend him and thank you again Dr. Diedrich!

I had heard great things about him and had gone to 4 consults already, so I decided to set up a consult. I was tired of my eyes being so hooded and aging me and I knew what I wanted done and after talking with him, he agreed to do the exact procedure that I was wanting. He is one of a few plastic surgeons that will work with you to obtain results instead of telling you what he will do and if you do not like it, oh well. The day of my consult, I set up my surgery, I felt 100% confident with choosing him and he and his staff are VERY organized and caring. He has a beautiful practice and a great reputation. I live in Chesterfield, MO and didn't care that I had to cross the river for the 45 minute drive each time, he is well worth the drive! He did an excellent job and his staff has taken great care of me and are there to answer questions promptly. I would certainly go back to him without hesitation on any other surgeries in the future that I decide to have.

Dr. Diederich did the most incredible job on my breast augmentation. I had previously had implants for nearly 15 years and then had them taken out for 2 1/2 years during which time my chest became concave and looked disfigured to me. Dr. Diederich fixed that. I feel like a woman again and I’m only 2 weeks post-op. They already look amazing and I feel fantastic….it’s incredible to feel sexy again. I barely had pain and only needed pain meds for the first two days following surgery. I am so glad I made the decision to get breast augmentation again and they look even better than the first time around when I had teardrop shaped implants and now I have normal shaped silicone. They feel way better and I went smaller this time so they fit my frame so much better. On top if the great care I got from Dr. D, I also love his staff and Katie has been amazing and I always get responses to my emails quickly and I think all have been the same day. Great care after the procedure too.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and really takes their time. The office is beautiful and welcoming. I never felt rushed and the staff made it a very enjoyable experience.

They are so wonderful and respectful, and I can't recommend them enough.

I recently had a scar revision surgery with Dr. Diederich to "erase" a dimple left behind from a lip piercing. I was very impressed! The surgical procedure itself was done quickly and professionally-- the staff here is very kind and the treatment is top-notch. Everything was VERY affordable, and the cost was explained clearly on my first visit so there were no surprises. I never leave reviews, but I was really happy with my results and I'll definitely be back.

I had Breast reduction , much needed. Dr Diedrich was kind, caring very professional. And wonderful skills. Great staff. I would recommend him to anyone .

Very poor call back service on my (maybe) skin cancer results, or should I say I was never called at all, I had to call the office to find out what was going on. appointment was on the 13th of Dec. should have been called within 10 days. I finally called on the 27th (was a little worried)!! Questions below are irrelevant to my comments about staffs inability to return a very important call. Friendliness, cleanliness or ease of appointment are unimportant when staff is negligent in there duty.

Dr. Diederich is very personable and kind. He explains things well to you and has time to answer any questions.

Dr Diederich is a perfectionist, he is excellent at what he does, he was able to get 100% of my goal with a full abdominalplasty! He is very kind and honest, I researched plastic surgeons for almost 1 year before I chose a surgeon and hands down Dr. Diederich was by far the best surgeon for the job! You get an overnight stay at one of the best hospitals there is, a nurse is by your side 24 hrs and will make every effort to keep you comfortable. That is included in the total cost of surgery!
