Dr. Carrasco is a good listener, takes the time to explain more about the illness(es) and gets you the help needed- tests, therapy, supplements, etc. We are pleased with the quality care we received for our son.

He took the time to really understand my children’s health issues and has great empathy for the entire family as well. I felt an enormous weight lifted after my son’s first appt. Shelby Brooks is also fantastic, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Carrasco, Shelby Brooks, the nurses, and entire staff are truly wonderful people. We are beyond grateful for what they’ve done to better my kids’ lives, and I highly, highly recommend them.

The Good. Dr.Carrasco is highly personable and has excellent bed side manners. He is simply terrific with children and connected very well with my kid. Overall, I find his office pleasant. We generally didn't have any issue with the staff. What concerns me is the unnecessary visit where we were billed over $500 for seeing him and another doctor. We hold the nurse that my child was OK and he had a arthritis flare up when we originally called. She stated the doc wanted to see him anyways with an Orthro specialist. The whole time Dr.Carrasco was there, his input was minimal, just enough to bill me I guess. Both doctors billed me separately. We could of just had the appointment with the Ortho and the result would have been the same. The advice was very minimal benefit. Just a little frustrated because I kind of felt going in they were looking for a way to bill me and waste my time. It was small advice, the nurse could have told me that over the phone.

My daughter had an initial consult with Dr. Carrasco. He & his staff were extremely attentive, compassionate & professional. They spent all of the time needed with us to ensure an accurate diagnosis & our understanding of it. His staff ensured we had all referrals & informative packets for both our family & our family physician. I am highly impressed with this practice!

We absolutely love Dr Carrasco and his staff. They are amazing people that help us walk through the difficult time of initial diagnosis and treatment plans. They are extremely smart and keep up with all the latest research. Not only are they great with my son, but they are wonderful with us as parents and all of our questions. Definitely a blessing that our initial referral was to Dr Carrasco.

Dr. Carrasco is the first doctor to properly diagnose my daughter for PANDAS. It’s a very scary and frustrating illness, he makes my daughter feel understood and not “crazy” like she was made to feel upon leaving so many other doctors offices. He’s amazing at his profession with a sweet, funny demeanor.

Dr. Ruy Carrasco is a great doctor he will listen to his patients and parents. We been seeing him for years. We followed him from Dell hospital if we have to we will follow him to a other location. If we could we will give him 6 STARS ??
