She is very pleasant, but it seems she prefers to focus on the primary concerns of the appointment and may suggest a follow-up visit for additional issues if the current appointment runs long. Additionally, her nursing staff could improve in terms of communication regarding test results. Currently, it appears that results are posted to the portal without proactive updates or guidance, leaving patients to review and follow up on their own. Enhancing communication in these areas might provide a more comprehensive and supportive experience.

Older patient
Dr. Kagwima was very pleasant and kind, and was a good listener, but I have been very disappointed in the followup I was promised. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received the results of the lab work I had done, plus a prescription that I have been on for years has been allowed to lapse without a reason given. I was also given a refill of a prescription that I am not taking.

My primary Dr Kobett with same facility was booked for weeks and I needed to be seen . Dr. Kagwima tentatively listen to reason for visit. Knowledge in what necessary steps would consist of to heal. Very nice and staff was nice as well. At Family Healthcare on Green oaks Blvd front the front desk, nurses, doctors and Lab staff are always super nice . I’ve been going here for past 5yrs if not longer. Highly recommend Family Health Care.

Primary Care Physician
I have been going to Dr. Kagwima since she took over Dr. Alderete's practice. I have been nothing more then pleased with her professionalism and personality! I highly recommend her and will continue to use her in the future.

Absolutely fabulous Doctor. She is kind and smart and makes me feel so comfortable. Has taken care of any and all issues to get me feeling much better. She is one of a kind!!! So happy I found her ! Highly recommend !!
