It was my first appointment to a Ochsner doctor. I was very impressed with the way I was checked in and how friendly everyone was. I felt that Dr. Darg listened and care about my concerns for my health. I was very anxious to get a new primary care doctor after moving from my doctor of 26 yrs., but I am very happy that I found Dr. Darg. She put me at ease and i will recommend her to others.

When I told Dr. Darg about my balance problem, on my first visit to her, she diagnosed the possible problem correctly and saved my life. She ordered an MRI and after seeing the results she immediately made an appointment with a neurosurgeon the next day or two. She started the ball rolling on the surgery that removed a benign tumor from my brain. A misdiagnosis would have left me in a terminal condition. Previous visits to other doctors did not result in the same diagnosis.
