Poor listening skills
I felt unheard. He shushed me many times when I was describing my symptoms. He told me he was a professional and he didn't need to hear anymore of what I had to say.

Dr. Glantz REALLY took ownership of the concerns and pain I was having and explored, in great detail, the potential and probably causes of the problems. He took care in advising paths to possible alleviation of pain and long term prognosis and management plans. What a wonderful visit.
