To make a long story short, Dr. D’Ambra told me my results would be sent electronically, and a user name and password would be needed to access the patient portal site. However, after reading the terms and conditions, I was a little skeptical, and decided not to upload my medical records so, I called the office and left a message for the doctor to call me back. I waited 3 days, without call back. The following day I called and spoke to Sarah. I explained to her that I had left a message for doctor D’Ambra but, have not hear back from him and wanted to know if he received my message. She explained that the doctor does not provide patient’s with results over the phone. So, I said to her in an annoyed tone “When was I going to be notified of this”? I called 3 days ago, and no one decided to call me back?” She started yelling on top of her voice inappropriately telling me not yell at her. I said to her “You don’t hear me yelling, because my voice is not raised, what you hear is an annoyed

He was verbally abusive to me. He told me “to spend more time on the treadmill than inside a refrigerator” because I had gained weight! His office staff is rude and unprofessional. It’s impossible to speak to anyone over the phone... it’s even more impossible to get any kind of authorization from this office! I DO NOT recommend this evil doctor of his office!

I went to this doctor years ago when I was about 21 and I feel now that Im older I should let people know why I never went back my regular doctor wanted me to be tested for pcos so unfortunately I went to him and I went alone he asked me 5 time in 5 different ways if I was pregnant I said no all 5 times then the last question he asked was if there was anyway I could be pregnant again I said no then he went to examine me and proceeded to examine me to see if I was “lactating” or “producing milk”

Dr D'ambra has a gentle soul. He appears very concerned about his patients, as well as very knowledgeable. His entrance was very warm and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He was through and spent time during his examination to check different systems. Very professional.
