Dr Crain is very good and I trust him. His office staff is not friendly especially the business office. I had a 1:20 appointment and finally got seen at 2:25(my chart was misplaced).

I saw Dr. Crain as did my dad. His techniques are out of date and honestly risky. He's not kept up with the latest technology and left me with a potentially risky condition that he claimed couldn't be corrected. It's a good thing I got a second opinion because my condition could've led to permanent damage if left untreated.

Dr.Drain was referred by my Primary Care Physician who I completely trust. I drove 100 miles to see Dr.Crain only because of Dr. Hopkins referral. I was running late for my appointment, called and the friendly receptionist told me not to worry, There were several patients in the waiting room but they still started my exam before I finished the BRIEF patient information forms. The Doctor and his assistants were OUTSTANDING. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Crain, very proffessional and organized process.
