Dr. Mongia is always incredibly helpful. She's super patient with me and I always feel comfortable discussing my medical issues with her.

I have been taking my mom to see Dr Mongia for atleast 15 years now. She is a wonderful doctor! Very patient, compassionate and extremely competent. She sees us in a timely manner, knows what the problem is right away, and is good about ordering tests that are needed, or referring to specialists. Her front staff is very good and help us with refills, and referrals promptly. My mom loves her.

Dr Mongia has been my doctor for 26 years. I only have wonderful things to say. Very knowledable and always on the mark. Very compassionate ànd goes out of the way to take care of me and my family.

I have seen Dr. Mongia regularly for the last 6 years and this was my last visit. Until my most recent visit, I have had pleasant visits with Dr. Mongia. The practice has always been a little old school, certainly not up to date with EHRs but it is clear that their practice has been struggling of late. But, at NO point should a physician be shouting or yelling at a patient for anything. I asked a simple question related to family history and she proceeded to yell for the next few minutes and be utterly rude the rest of the visit. It seems like the stress of keeping the practice is getting to her and she has no trouble taking it out on a patient. Unfortunately, other family members also seem to have had similar experiences lately so none of us will be returning.

Their billing dept for lab work is terrible. They keep sending information of wrong insurance company of my wife to Quest Diagnostics. We are moving out.

I have been going to Dr Mongia for over 15 years now. I have never had any issues with Dr Mongia or any of her staff. Every interaction I have had has been excellent - and I have had many interactions. Dr Mongia also sees my other family members and we have all had the same experience. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Mongia!

If you can get past the rude, ill-informed, confused staff that book appointments; perhaps the doctor is the best. I will never know because her business was lost by the inept way her office is run. One certainly is a reflection of long-term care--from wait times to getting an appointment, to being scheduled so the doctor HAS time for each patient. Staff of Dr. Mongia: you are not overseeing a meat market. Or are you?

I have been going to Dr. Mongia for the past 10 years and I think she is an excellent doctor. She listens to you and gives you time and is very patient. She is experienced and knowledgable and I would recommend her to everyone. Also her staff is very responsive and calls back with test results and appointment reminders in time.

The parking lot is a major HAZARD. The pavement has many pot holes. My mother walks with a walker and right where the ramp is to go into the office the pavement is breaking apart. It’s just a matter of time someone will fall and break a limb.
