Dr. Rulour Torio, MD

Became her patient in September of last year, had a phone visit when I first was accepted as her patient and I have not been able to make an office appointment, she always cancels had a medical issue and I was referred to ER when this could have been taking care of in the Dr. office. I do not recommend this doctor.

I have found Dr. Rulour Torio to be a dedicated doctor. She even followed up with me when she was on vacation. She is caring and knowledgeable. He husband is available when she is not. They are a good team.

All went great and even during months I would put questions in portal, Dr Torio got right back to me - either by phone or portal She is very caring and devoted.

Visit was very good. Wait time very good this time.

I couldn't not have been treated kinder! So appreciate the rapid response and the care and attention I was given! Forever grateful for the appointment I was given!

I am constantly impressed with Dr. [Rulour] Torio's knowledge of, and ability to provide managed care for, my conditions. We reviewed them all as she allowed for any questions and ended with reiterating my parts in the treatment. She is thorough and I left knowing my responsibilities in my own care. Very important!

Awful. After making an appointment almost a year ago, I showed up and was told that my appointment was 2 hours earlier than when I arrived. I was asked if I made the appointment online, and after responding yes, they explained, "the website just does that sometimes." The next two appointments they reached out to cancel the day before the scheduled appointment. The woman on the phone seemed to find it amusing how much trouble I was having trying to see the doctor. The one time I did see the doctor she seemed like she didn't even wanna be there. Very disinterested and bored. 0/10. Would not recommend anyone go to this facility or see this doctor.

I found her to be pleasant, engaged and though it is a busy office I never felt rushed. I have had her call me personally to give me results. Since Bay State has taken over the appointment scheduling, that aspect is not helpful. Long wait time to speak to someone. It was MUCH better when you could actually call the office directly!!!!!

Dr. Torio would be nice one visit and rushed and abrasive the next. Always cut you off mid sentence. Was annoyed when you asked questions. Forgets to order tests and why she is ordering them. I think she is too rushed and has too many patients. Not for someone with complicated medical issues.

Dr. Torio is very thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive. She is the best doctor I have ever had. She has personally phoned me about referrals and test results.

She always questioned me for everything, she judged me and made comments. I never develop an comfort level with her and I never felt comfortable doing an appt with her. Everytime I left the office, she upsets me. She always try to think I lie. She’s horrible and don’t know how she is a doctor there.

I have seen Dr. Torio once so far and was very happy with her. She had a pleasant attitude and was very thorough in my initial visit.
