Her office reception/manager was horrible. She directly told us to call someone else, get another primary care physician. She asked why an insurance company would assign my son to her? (How would we know?) She was accusatory, un-compassionate, argumentative. We had to switch PCP quickly to get the urgent care needed. She badmouthed his insurance carrier, saying they were dropping them anyway. I was shocked and outraged. My son had broken bones and timing was critical. We never even saw the doctor. I told her we went to Urgent Care. She then asked Why didn't WestMed help him? I said we went to Urgent Care, not WestMed.. all she could say is "Oh". I don't know how she is in a frontline position in the medical field. She did not want to see us or help. Knowing there was broken bones and pain all she said the next appointment was weeks away... we just needed a referral for a hand surgeon. She would not help. Again, we never got a chance to see the doctor. This is about her office staff.

I agree hundred percent with the comment from below. She is constantly running late or cancelling appointments a few hours before. She does not seem to care about her patients and she has even caught an attitude a few times when i have any questions or have brought up the fact that it is very hard to get in contact with her. I am looking for a new primary doctor as soon as I can get her to send me my records. Which by the way, will take her forever.

Every time I make an appointment with her I wait for at least 45 minutes. Not only that but she’s either in the hospital or in a meeting when the office girl calls to cancel an hour before the appointment. She has poor time management and you can tell that she does not care about her patients. She’s only there two days a week and you will not see her before 12 even though her office is open by 10 M - Th. I don’t recommend her at all!!
