I finally found a doctor
Dr Rudy is the first doctor to treat me as an equal. I have had chronic migraines since I was 18 years old, and Dr. Rudy respects the fact that I am “almost “as educated as he is in the treatment and medical options for managing chronic pain. He works as my partner as well as my doctor and truly listens to what I have to say. It’s refreshing to have someone that believes in me rather than looking at me like I’m making it all up. he is truly one of a kind.

He is Amazing
I don't know what I'd do without Dr. Rudy. He has managed my spinal pain for over 15 years. He is caring, efficient and so intelligent. When I tell him a symptom he actually tells me why, what nerve, and what he is going to do to help. What a wonderful doctor and even more wonderful man.

Been seeing Dr. Panganiban since 2005 & all I really have to say is HE is still a wonderful physician WHEN you can get into see him. Over the last year I have been told on numerous occasions that "your next appointment MUST be with Dr. Rudy". So I made my appointment & when I come in his PA walks in. The problem with this is all he can do is refill prescription. He can't change & I REALLY need to have a conversation with the MD about the meds I'm taking. Only other complaint is his staff. You tell them at each visit where to send refills & I would say every 1 out of 3 visits they get it right- then the arguing ensues. UGHHH!

Excellent Doctor, very caring, compassionate and very careful with his patients and procedures performs, an excellent care delivery to all his patients, has been my doctor for 9 years and I don't give up on him as my provider for my pain management.

Dr. "Rudy" is one of THE BEST DOCS I'VE EVER WORKED WITH!!!! Personality plus, confident, knowledgeable, listens intently, gives GREAT IDEAS, SUGGESTIONS, FEEDBACK! Never rushes me out of the office!!!! I've been a patient of his and of the entire practice for almost 20 years.

Dr. Panganiban (Dr. Rudy) has given me Hope when I had none! My multiple intense chronic pain conditions had me in deep despair and other Doctors did not know how to successfully treat me. Dr. Rudy treated me individually and my whole body and quickly diagnosed my multiple pain conditions correctly! He continues to treat me with proven effective pain management! From Nerve blocks to Spinal Cord Pain implants and medication management & more Dr. Rudy is restoring and healing me for over 3 years!

I loved Dr. Rudy but the office staff is arrogant and unprofessional. No compassion. Had a sign up on the wall saying they couldn't wait until Fri. No enthusiasm for job. Kept sending in claims with the wrong info so i was denied a procedure. ***This is the staff on Gunn Highway. Will never go back. It's a shame, I loved Dr. Rudy but I had to deal with too much anxiety and rudeness. People go to this office because they are in pain. The staff doesn't seem to have any compassion.
