Professional and easy to talk to
To all of the staff at the Honor Health facility I say thank you. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Dr Shah makes you feel comfortable and confident for the procedure. Pre and post op treatment was 5 star. And being the patient, the surgery only lasted one second. Wheeled in then, all of a sudden, I'm in post op. Great job by all...Thank You. PJO

Avoid Rucha Shah! Please read this, honest review that isn't paid for like the others. I went there for mild G.I. symptoms, but she neglected to address my concerns. It took months to schedule a colonoscopy, and on the day of the procedure, they didn't have me on the schedule due to an administrative error aka her fault. During the colonoscopy, there were complications, but she refused to take responsibility. I experienced severe flare-ups from that, including frequent bleeding and the need for multiple blood transfusions. ER visits are expensive. I kept reaching out (I have screenshots) and Shah and her NP, Jonathon McGuire were unavailable, and was unsure how to help. HOW is that even possible? It took over a month to receive prescribed medication, despite multiple emergency room visits and my pleading for help. I strongly discourage anyone from seeking treatment from these healthcare providers. I believe Honor Health should review and remove them from practice, as their actions are not in the best interest of patients. I finally found a good GI doctor and on the mend. If I stayed with Shah I could be dead right now. I strongly ask you to not go here for your safety.

Ease of getting an appointment, Getting called back shortly after calling the office, Dr. Shah has a wonderful patient rapport, answers all questions, never rushes you, very considerate, knowledgeable and intelligent in her field. I love her.
