Dr. Ruben Tejada, MD

We went with my husband to consult with Dr. Rubén Tejada, a truly wonderful experience, he makes you feel that he is your friend, he knows how to listen to you, and he explains everything very well; the nurses Martha and Raiza, the receptionist Stephanie, in short, the Staff is cordial, we definitely recommend the Dr. That's why we give him 5 stars and if there were more we would give them all!!! We are happy and grateful to God for this great doctor! 100% recommended. You have to wait but it's worth it!

I started seeing Dr Tejada a few months ago. I love that I actually feel like he hears my concerns and honestly cares as to resolve my issues just as much as I do!

I am a new patient with Dr. Tejada. My first appointment was scheduled at 10am and I sat there until 1 before I got a room, then waited another 2 hours before we talked and was able to leave. I love that he wants to get to know his patients and is thorough but there is a lack of respect for his clients time. Please start scheduling in the extra time foe patients so the rest of us don’t have to lose our entire day waiting. My second appointment, I waited for an hour and left because I had to get to work. I have not heard back from the office to be rescheduled but I will not and can not wait to be seen for hours. If clients are forced to reschedule for being 10 minutes late, the same rules should apply to the doctor. Also, please let me tell you why I’m there instead of just talking about other things like Covid.

I was very impressed by Dr. Tejada and his whole staff. Not only did I leave feeling heard and comfortable but also I left knowing that I have someone in my corner.

Very personable, great bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and is very knowledgeable about your ailments. I really trust his ability to give me the best possible medical care.

I actually love Dr. Tejada but you cannot get ANYONE to answer the phone at his office. And forget about leaving a message because they NEVER return them! I have left 8-9 messages across 3 months...not one returned! I'm about ready to change to a different doctor. This is absolutely ridiculous. On top of having to wait 3-4 hours everytime I go in and then barely seeing doctor for 10 minutes. I'm so fed up!

It already been one week still waiting for my refill how long does it taken to fax a Prescription

He truly cares about my health. I trust him dearly. Listens carefully and honestly gives me the best care available

He is just the best! Being a diabetic is frustrating and he explains the issues and adjusted my medications and I am much better after being treated by him for a year now. Love his receptionist! I don’t know how she does all that she does! Busy office!

This man saved my life. Checked into ER with blood glucose of 1224. Yes, I should be dead but he brought me back. I also had no insurance at the time as I was starting a new job so Dr. Tejada took care of all the drugs I needed until my insurance kicked in. Man of integrity and If I still lived in the area, He would be my 1st & only choice for a doctor. Awesome doctor!

Excellent in performing examination and prognosis for my health issues. Thoroughly explains what is occurring in my body, and more importantly, why.

Dr. Tejada is a professional, the service is good, and he was an "in service provider" for both of my last two insurance companies. Great price, wanderful staff, and beautiful location. Five Stars

Saw dr. Ruben Tejada 6 years ago he was the best doctor I ever had loss of insurance Limited my access to his excellent service I have obtained new insurance and look forward to seeing him again in the near future

He’s an excellent physician and a really nice guy, but his receptionist is one of the most rude people with whom I have ever communicated...just horrible.

Best Doctor I have ever found! Opened minded, non judgmental, so super easy to talk to. I have been "fired" from several Doctors because I would refuse certain meds. We have discussed this and I truly think he has a heart of gold! He assured me that would not ever be the case. If he we're unable to see me anylonger he said " I will take care of you until u find a new one." That spoke volumes to me. He cares Y'all he's independent he can take care of his ppl without being told how to! The best!

If could leave a lower review, I would. His staff is EXTREMELY rude to people, without merit. The wait time is absolutely horrendous. He's a decent doctor, (he doesn't listen very well) however with everything else that factors in, I won't go back.
