My husband has been scheduled for a procedure for Disc FX 3 times and it still has not taken place. The first time in November and he never told us he needed a pre op clearance until we asked him a week before. It was too late for him to get it through the doctor so he cancelled his procedure. The second one was scheduled for January and they never called us to tell him what time or where to go. My husband contacted them 2 days before and the surgical center told us he was not on their schedule. Called Dr. Schwartz office and they said he was scheduled for 7:30 in the morning. Called back the center and they said no he’s not on the schedule at all. Then got a call from the doctor saying there’s a family emergency and he needed to cancel. Fast forward to this morning. We were told to be all the way down on Commercial Blvd and Dixie Highway at 5:30am for my husband’s procedure. Woke up at 3:45 drove an hour down there just to walk in this morning and be told he cancelled the procedure!!!
