Dr Mendoza seems sincerely interested in the positive outcomes for my son who is his patient. Dr Mendoza tries to encourage my son in areas he is doing well and tries to challenge him to improve in areas he is struggling.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Mendoza's for a little over a year. i wish improvements could be made about the staff's approach to patients and the Dr's clarity in pronunciation. The staff does not present themselves as professionals and the signs posted all over the glass is a huge turn off. But i do believe that Dr. Mendoza cares about his patients. He requires report cards to show how they are doing in school and i like that he is hesitant to change meds. Prior Drs. bounced us all over the place on meds trying out different ones.

We love dr Mendoza and staff! Those that are not satisfied, oh well that’s you! My son has been going to him since he was 5 he’s 11 now! He’s very caring& loves my son. My daughter went to him for 10 years. Stop being negative! He does his job& cares about our kids!

Mendoza does not spend enough time with his patients at the Pavilion for a decent diagnosis. He simply wants to get them in and get them out as fast as he can. My son was in there on a suicide watch but also had an alcohol problem. All Mendoza cared about was the alcohol and as soon as he dried out wanted to send him home. Even though he was still suicidal and obviously has mental problems.

Dr. Mendoza is wonderful. His office help and scheduler is rude and hateful every time I call.
