I love the entire facility here. From the staff at the front, to the nurses, to the in-house blood labs, to our course Dr. Ranes. Dr. Ranes is great at actually listening to you and then coming up with a plan and making you feel at ease through the entire process. She is also great at getting back to any requests online through their online messaging app. The whole process and facility is just top notch.

She was very friendly and welcoming. She thoroughly answered all my questions as well as those I hadn't thought of asking. This was my first Telemedicine appointment with her and I feel that I would substitute this for an 'in person' appointment in most cases where the doctor is approving of it. I was very comfortable with Dr. Ranes 5 thumbs up!

Dr. Ranes has been my PCP for a few years. She is very kind and welcoming, thorough and patient. She listens well and takes her time with you.

She is very easy to get along with. Admittedly, I have been disagreeable at times . . . yet she is patient, gives me options (when possible - to be fair to her), provides the medical rationale for her assessment, and works well with my specialty Doc. I have stayed with her because she genuinely seems interested in my case and stays up to date with it.

I absolutely love her! She's kind and listens to my needs and concerns. She is stern when she needs to be, and very knowledgeable. She cares about you and remembers details of your personal life and asks how things are going. I actually enjoy seeing my Doctor! ?

For the past several years, she has provided nothing but exceptional care that I have not once questioned or doubted. She has a professional demeanor while still being human and approachable. She has always provided not only her own opinion, but options that allow her patients to make the best choice for them personally. On top of being a great doctor she's very down to earth and remembers a patient after the first visit...and did I mention she listens, is compassionate and is a hoot!

Doctor Ranes is very aware of her patients. She listens to what you have to say and includes you in her discussion of the problem and possible solutions. She leaves me feeling extremely confident of the correct course of action needed. Additionally she has a tremendous personality ( bedside manner if you will ).
