You can tell that Dr. Joseph actually cares for his patients. You'll never feel like a number or as if your being cattle prodded thru the process- which has sadly become the norm for most medical practices. He was up front with what lifestyle choices were needed to help address the GI dysfunction as well as what medical intervention were necessary. Only wish my wife found him sooner. The office staff was friendly too! Professionalism used to be the norm, but sadly is lacking in most places. Glad to see this lost art remains. (Annie, Maybe? Always professional and kind)

Had an ultrasound completed as I was having ghosting pains where gallbladder used to be. Dr. Joseph sent orders over to imagining facility very quickly and was appreciated. Have been a bit nervous about this issue and had the ultrasound done and anxiously awaiting the results from the Dr. after he read the test. His office staff indicated it would be read by Dr. Joseph and he would be in touch with me. Waited 2 days and never heard from him. THEN....called and spoke with a lady that apparently screens his calls Mimi or Minnie; that is the PROBLEM!! She interrupts, makes excuses why I had not heard from Dr. I will NEVER see Dr. Joseph specifically because I would have to go through her before seeing him. Dr. Joseph just lost 8 patients referrals by us because of her rudeness. Very unprofessional.

I was referred to Dr Roy Joseph and had a great experience visiting him last week. Dr Joseph listened patiently and asked pertinent questions about my medical history, he did a thorough physical exam and I never felt rushed. 'Only a doctor truly interested in great outcome for his patients will do that.'If you are facing GI issues you will find Dr Roy Joseph and Mini with her office team are very compassionate and will help you to navigate your health challenges. Mini made me feel as part of the family from the beginning. She is very caring and excellent at communicating details about the appointment. I was impressed and well prepared for the visit. I have been seeing dr Joseph for many years for preventative care and treatment, I have recommended him to anyone I know in the area that needs to see a GI specialist. The dr takes as much time as he needs to listen to your needs and provides great care, he gives you the options his recommendations and explains why. If you need a GI specialist for treatment or preventative care I can’t recommend dr Joseph enough.

Dr. Joseph and his staff were very caring and thorough during somewhat of an emergency. They worked me in and got me treated in a timely manner.

Also the team is efficient and prepared and knows what’s going on plus answers your questions no matter how many times I’m sure they have been asked.
