I won’t see him again
For molar extraction with follow up conditions that needed work again, numbing wasn’t properly done. I’ve had plenty of tooth problems, and have never felt pain from the needle injections and painful contact in the process - both times. He gave no response when I responded to the pain. Very disappointed.

After waiting over an hour to be brought back to have a tooth pulled Dr Cole was rude to his staff and threw down medical chart onto the floor and left the room without speaking to me.

I think Dr. Cole is awesome! He was kind, and funny, which put me at ease right away. I was in tremendous pain before my surgery. When I woke up, I felt a million times better! All thanks to Dr.Cole

He was very nice and explained how the procedure works. I feel confident that he will take care while I am under. I understand that I will be in pain but that can’t be helped after all he is only human. Thank you Dr. Cole and Staff. See you on May The Fourth Be With You…Lol I.e. May 4th.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Cole and they were the most unprofessional people. The nurses/aids were outside my room coughing and making jokes about how one of them probably had COVID-19 and they were telling her to cough on them because they "wouldn't mind a few days off". The came in started doing things without explanation, one was even drinking Starbucks and just standing there chatting. Then when Dr. Cole was coming in they were telling him his headlight was dim so he wouldn't be able to see well and he shrugged claiming he charged it so maybe it was just, which he continued to come in the room and start anyways. When I woke up they ignored me when I tried to ask questions, and basically shoved me out the door. I was wobbly from the meds and had to open my own door and everything. Aside from the awful manners, and lack of human decency, I have minimal swelling and tolerable pain.

Going to an oral surgeon is sure to create anxiety and nerves of anticipation, however from the moment I walked in the door, the staff was exceptional! Dr Cole was very engaging, gentle, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Cole and his staff, they all were exceptional and alleviated my nerves from start to finish!

I must agree, no compassion at this office, obviously they are not in the market for new patients.

My dentist recommended Dr. Cole but I never checked his reviews. The surgery went well, however he lacks compassion along with his staff. I would not recommend him to anyone.

To be honest my surgery was a-ok this guy just doesn't really know how to handle people who are overly anxious at all. I had previously read that he had been kind of stand-offish and really rude but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt but man oh man. If you are someone who is squeamish they don't do ANYTHING to make you to feel comfortable at all.

Dr. Cole is very knowledgeable in his field! Something I learned during my time in his care: if you have questions, write them down before your appointment, and just ask. Sometimes he is very busy, but if you need to know something, don't feel like he wont make time...because he will! He is a FANTASTIC surgeon! You can barely see my scar from the open joint surgery he performed on me only 2.5 weeks ago! I have several more week of recovery but I'm feeling better than I have in years!
