Horrible Dr
She doesn't even look at me. She's rude and argumentative. She needs to look for another career.

Felt unsafe
I was there for a general yearly wellness check. I stated multiple times I was under the care of a therapist. She got me to sign a medical release and then harassed me about needing to take all these different meds and was rude. Then she actually recommended ECT (electro shock therapy) what... in the 1950... It was a terrible experience, I cried all the way home. The nurse was also rude and condescending.

She was fresh out of med school. She listened at first and tried, but was very rude at times and forgetful. She always seemed distracted. she did not take the time to review the charts or even realize what she had me on medicine wise. She misdiagnosed a couple items not realizing it was a symptom of diabetes that was later diagnosed by a specialist. The final straw was the heartland care system. You could not call into office, you only could call the service. They screwed up my appointments and times and even refused routine medication for high blood pressure when the pharmacist called to refill. I ended up calling ER, they said it a quiet common practice for heartland not to respond to med refills. . She didn't not even look at emails and photos of the appointments they miss scheduled even after management said they screwed up.

Horrible Doctor. Cannot take her at her word. Will say one thing face to face then not follow through. Gross negligence. Will probably find herself in court one day.
