Besides an exorbitant $600 bill for a 20 minute medication check-in, Dr. Namavar is an extremely odd person. She leaves uncomfortably long pauses between thoughts and asks open-ended confusing questions that left me feeling utterly confused after each session. I’ve seen many different psychiatrists, and she is by far the worst, if one could even call her a psychiatrist. I’ve discussed her odd personality with a friend who had a few appointments with her, and we came to the conclusion that a few too many psychedelic trips have changed her affect and rationality for the worst.
