Money over Patient Care
During my visit, Dr. Moayer performed a nasal endoscopy without informing me that it would be billed separately as an extremely expensive procedure. I assumed it was a standard part of the exam, but I was blindsided by an extreme bill afterward. This felt deceptive and financially exploitative. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office.

Wrong side surgery. Ghosted me after.
I expected her to say 'here's what we can do to fix it'. Shockingly, she canceled my future appointments and didn't reply to my messages. Far more details, but this would get deleted.

Lied to by her office.
Made appointment for specific reason. Filled out forms in advance. Arrived and told she doesn’t have anything to do with those. Then given completely untrue information by office staff.
