Dr. Roth was very patient.
I've seen her twice. The 1st visit we talked about several options for my issues. After she explained each one I chose an option and she let me know if it helps we can stay with it but if not we'll try again. Just like the 1st visit she again explained what else we can do. Now I'm scheduled for a procedure with her and I am very confident with my decision. I found her to be caring and also patient. I can ask a lot of questions. I'd definitely tell anyone who might ask about her, she's a good doctor.

Refused to see me despite their own policy
PREPARE TO NOT BE SEEN at your appointment. I had an appointment with Dr. Roth today that was rather urgent. My appointment was for 8am. There was an accident on my way to the office, adding time to my commute. So my arrival time moved to 8:12. I called the office on my way, when they opened at 8, to see if I could still be seen. I was told I had a 15 minute grace period. Great, that’s enough time. I arrived at 8:12. Within the grace period. There was a line at check in. By the time I sat down at the check in desk it was 8:22. I was refused to be seen because of the time. It’s not my fault there was a line AFTER arrival. There’s always a line AFTER arrival. I arrived within the grace period. It was an 10 minute line. What if I arrived exactly on time and there was a 15 minute line ahead of me? Would I be refused service? And I had already “checked in online” prior, so there was no need for me to fill out any paperwork. Refusing me service considering all this was really cruel.
