Dr. Rossana Moura, MD

After waiting weeks for an appointment, I received one and waited a whole month. Nevertheless I was glad to get it. I entered the office with plenty of time, I was the only one there. I hear a voice coming from an empty office. Fifteen minutes later a receptionist who looked as if she was homeless, steps up to the front and takes a seat. I looked at her and say hello? No greeting, no I am sorry for being on a personal phone call, NOTHING. She hands me a set of questions (without a word) and goes back to whatever she does, NOTHING. I finished my application and I put that I had a colonoscopy in 2021. She reads nothing in the application but that, and says where are my records. I said I was not asked to bring anything. She says we cannot see you then. How can a receptionist take it upon herself to deny someone medical treatment for lack of records. How is she allowed by the doctor to get away with it. I am sure it has happened before. So rude, uninformed poor reflection on Dr.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a review of the actual doctor per say but the STAFF is the most unprofessional I have encountered in a very long time. They charged my credit card $60.00 for a copay and I asked for a refund that same day. It is now 12/28/2021 and they have yet to refund the money. I also asked to speak to the office manager and she advised SHE WAS the office manager. Someone extremely rude by the name of Karla. Perhaps Dr. Moura should teach her employees some business etiquette on how to address patients and to never answer or have any patient phone calls while on SPEAKER. That is such bad manners. Needless to say the lack of customer service makes me glad I never had the chance to see the doctor because if I had to deal with this kind of staff several times I would simply be extremely disappointed.

I have been a patient of Dr Moura's for many years. I have always found her to be very professional, very competent and most of all, friendly and approachable. Unlike some physicians, there is no arrogance and no dismissive attitude. I have always felt like I am a n important and valued pateint. I have never had an unacceptable wait time in her office. I would highly recommend Dr Moura

Dr Moura is an excellent professional. She was very attentive, and explained in detail about my condition and the treatment plan. The staff was polite and the office clean and welcoming. My colonoscopy went very smoothly, from the bowel prep to the recovery, with no pain involved. I already recommended Dr Moura to many of my friends and relatives.

I am so grateful I visited Dr. Moura. She has changed my life completely for the better. I have struggled with the pain and embarrassment of IBS for several years on an almost daily basis. I saw a Gastro a few years earlier who diagnosed me and prescribed me 2 different medications that did very little for me and had to discontinue taking. Doesn't have the best bedside manner. She is professional and did a good job on both of my endoscopies. Office is more geared to Hispanic patients.

If Dr. Moura was intrested in only collecting a payment she wouldnt want to hear my sob story. Instead she listened and really help me understand & help my syptoms get better! I will always recommend this Doctor as a professional GI!!

Dr. Moura explains your issue with clear words, not that doctor jargon, and propose a solution plan that generates results. If you are like me concerned about dozens of visits with no visible results, schedule an appointment and have your own point of view.

Dr. Moura has been my mother's GI for 5 years, and now treats another 3 family members. She is professional and caring. Her staff is also very efficient working with insurance and patients.

Overall I feel my visit went horribly with Dr. Moura. Its evident that she is not interested in helping her patients. Shes only interested in collecting a paycheck. She's quick to pescribe you whatever and isnt really looking to truly help you get well. Only to mask your symptoms. She has a very sarcastic lazy personality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME if you truly want to get well. I feel sorry for people that go their none the wiser and fall into her misleadings.

I just had my first colonoscopy. Dr. Rossana Moura came highly recommended by my primary physician. During the first office appointment, Dr. Rossana Moura was patient with me, explained the procedure, allowed me to ask questions. She is professional yet personable. The office staff was courteous and easy to communicate with. My procedure was done at the Weston Outpatient Surgical Center. This facility was excellent and put me at ease through the entire process.

Dr. Rossana Moura is a very experienced doctor. I had the colonoscopy with no pain. I recommend her, she is polite and caring.

Dr. Moura was exceptional...very friendly and professional...answered every question...made me feel at ease, and confident in my treatment plan. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Moura and her staff were very pleasant and straight to the point. She performed the colonoscopy. It was a painless procedure and the results were properly explained by Dr. Moura. The staff properly prepares you, follows up with you and makes sure you are comfortable. In the day of the procedure, the clinic was very busy, but they cared for me very well the entire time. Kudos to Dr. Moura and the staff.

She practically almost killed me then left me in so much pain after a simple colonoscopy.
