Went to him twice within 2 weeks. He said he was in contact with my Denist (Not True). Said he was going to send over to my Dentist findings (Not True). I will NEVER go back to him again...

I wanted to comment on the presentation for now- of the staff and Dr. Chavkin..
My experience was excellent. Walked in with my daughter as a first time patient.
After filling out the forms, we exchanged insurance information with the very courteous staff.
Dr. Chavkin was great- for wisdom tooth removal he used our existing x-ray (no over-charge) from the our general dentist. He was professional, courteous and friendly. My daughter loved him and felt comfortable. He is nice and listens great.

Had my bottom two wisdom teeth removed by him back in 2011. Everything went nice and smooth and was over in 40 minutes. No complications afterwards either.

Dr. Chavkin has pulled out the wrong tooth and I ended up with an infection which I was hospitalized for. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend this office. Had two dental surgeries and both were preformed excellently. Office worked around my schedule for my appointments and I left each time with ease and no pain the next day! Great office with a friendly staff!!
