Refused to accept insurance payment even when office was told by insurance company, "Patient not responsible for remainder of bill." Office was called several times regarding the bill. Office continued to harass me with bill I don't think I owe. Finally, decided to pay the bill with a threat from office saying "sending to collection agency."

This doctor has zero compassion for her patients. When she explains diagnosis, she appears irritated and rushes through her explanation. Don't dare ask questions. Disgrace to her profession.
