She is knowledgeable, attentive and informative. She cares tremendously about the well-being of her patients. Follow-up 's personally and is constant with the medical advice and referrals if there are issues that need to be addressed by other specialists. I am very impressed and enjoy having her as my physician. Her personality is warm and accommodating. Her Bio reads truth to the effort placed forward by her and her Staff!

After a 5 month wait to get in to see her, she spent the whole of my visit being judgmental, dismissive, and belittling. She told me discontinue my meds immediately including a thyroid med in order to establish a baseline in 8 weeks. I spent 2 months in emotional turmoil & sinking into an anxiety fueled depression. My sleep became disrupted, migraines came back, and I felt completely disconnected from myself and my supports. She made it clear she would not manage or check thyroid levels if I chose to stay on the medication that was working because she preferred a different. She scolded me for 30mns about taking supplements that had been more effective for me than any prescription medication and now I am dealing with the fallout of her irresponsible requirements for my care. I was hopeful after reading her bio but it is clear that she had either shifted her focus as a physician or it was deceitful from the start. Do not recommend.

I have seen this physician several times now and all she did was sit at the computer. She never examined me but sure does document a complete exam in the her note. I never felt like she listened to me. She told me what she would do.

All 3 times that I was seen by Dr Narayanan she was over a half hour late for the appointment time, once I had to wait a full hour to be seen and not heard. That's right, she doesn't listen to patient's concerns. She pushed for the experimental Covid vaccination, pressured me to take other medications. When I expressed concern over the last year of stress with the Covid lock downs and isolation I felt like ignored. I told her about a chronic pain in my foot, she looked at it briefly and suggested to put ice on it when it hurts (it hurts when I'm working, hard to put ice on it then). She also said I need to get wider shoes because my baby toe looks crushed, no, that's how my baby toe looks! If you want to be insulted, ignored, and wait for a long time to do so, then you should go see this doctor. Then I had a biopsy and she didn't call me until nearly 2 weeks later to tell me anything of the results after I'd been scheduled an appt to see a surgeon! Outrageous!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! I was a patient of hers back when she worked in Connecticut before moving. She’s arrogant and prioritizes everything over her patients’ wants and concerns. For example, I asked her to include a hormone test in my blood work she ordered for me because I had concerns about an imbalance. She refused to order the test despite my request. About a year later, I purchased my own test through an independent provider and it turns out I did have an issue that went undetected. Talk about a useless doctor. Another example: I visited her to get my required annual physical for my job. During the physical, I started to bring up some concerns about my sleeping patterns. She cut me off mid sentence and told me that if I wanted to get advice from her I’d have to pay extra because the advice didn’t fall into the scope of the physical. Like geez you’re my primary care doctor, not a chipotle cashier telling me guacamole is extra. Run away, you deserve better.

In addition to the office manager being rude, Dr. Roshni provided extremely poor service. She was curt, impatient, and dismissive of the patient's concerns. She appeared more concerned about paperwork and liability than providing proper care. Virtually nothing was accomplished during the consultation, and the visit felt like a complete waste of time and money.
