Recently saw Dr. Shorter and was very satisfied with the time she spent and the information she gave me. However, her nurse came in and was not wearing a mask. With all the precautions that are being made today with COVID this was very disconcerting. It is hard to believe in a health setting that there is an oversight like this. Disappointing!

Dr. Shorter is just an outstanding Doctor. Thorough, compassionate. Should be the role model for Doctors on Cape Cod as to how they examine/treat their patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Shorter for five years and I am very satisfied. She goes through your records carefully and is always personable. Doctors are too busy nowadays and Dr. Shorter is no exception, but she makes me feel like I'm her only patient. Great doctor!

I feel so lucky to have Dr Shorter as my primary care physician!!! She came highly recommended from one of my other doctors!! Dr Shorter is what you always hope that you will be fortunate enough have as your primary care physician!! She pays attention to your issues, and is really up on all of the current ways to help you!

Dr. Shorter is an amazing advocate for her patients. She always gives you tons of time to sit and speak with her. She even remembers spouses and medical situations with family members that have greatly affected your life. She is honest, but down to earth and comforting. I love that she trusts me when I say something doesn’t feel right. She’s a great choice!

Dr Shorter is personable, good listener and now In better office for convenience. Good Receptionist, and staff. Excellent on prescription service follow up and a referral if needed. My wife and I really like her.Our son now 18 will be seeing her as well.

Not impressed thus far. I left a message at 1000 and with no response, called back at 2:19. Office staff didn't express any apologies or concern for the delay. Then was told no appointment could be made until I filled out paperwork, which they would mail me.
I guess Physicians don't need new patients.

I am writing about Sandwich Primary Care which is controlled by Dr. Shorter. A recent departure by the prior owner was not announced to his patients. I have spent weeks trying to get refills and only found out by accident that the previous Doctor fled the building. Sandwich Primary care is in complete collapse of moral and ethical judgement. Very bad business, now a bait and switch. This lady is putting my life at risk without a care. Shame on this practice.
