Gaslights and doesn’t care for patients
She is very condescending, doesn’t seem to care for patients and tends to have a very “it’s you fault for being the way you attitude” She has absolutely no people skills and just seems like she wants to leave asap. Doesn’t do anything and gives out referrals for other doctors to take care of you instead of her. She makes it seem like your offending her by just being there. Please just find another doctor, that is what I am going to do.

Telehealth
I highly recommend NOT going with this doctor. She constantly speaks down to me and always gives pushback to any concerns I raise. She does not listen and simply wants to be a “pill pusher.” And I don’t use that term lightly.

Gaslighted the whole appointment!
Dr Florante was not familiar with my diagnosis, and she had no interest in understanding my symptoms. She flat out wouldn’t believe me. She just kept telling me, “That didn’t happen,” when I explained my symptoms. She did this three times. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this from a doctor. The combination of hubris, ignorance and lack of social skills was shockingly bad.

Not Empathetic At All.
Had multiple concerns as to why I made an appointment with the doctor but her main concern was my weight loss and she wanted to rant about how everyone just wants medication assistance like it’s magic versus actually losing weight on their own. Very rude and disrespectful towards an individual wanting to make a change in their life.
