Dr. Rosalind Jackson, MD

Went to her for a relatively common procedure. What she described they would do.. and what they actually did to me.. once I was asleep.. was not at all the same. She described a very non invasive. Simple. Quick and easy procedure.. which ended up taking about 2 times longer than she said it would.. and in reading.. they used way more tools inside me.. than she told me they would or required.. After my surgery.. she never had a meeting. Talked with me. Or anything! A day into healing.. I was very uncomfy.. down there.. I attempted to call on multiple occasions with no response! Her office told me I would have to wait until my follow up… and the hospital refused to connect me to her.. I then went to the emergency room.. and found out I had an infection! They gave me meds.. in my suspicions.. I checked my chart.. she also had made sutures inside me.. not informing me.. that were never supposed to be required. Overall. A horrible physical and emotionally scarring experience to this day.

A friend of mine who’s had great experiences with Dr. Roz referred me. The 1st initial visit was okay I felt like she heard my concerns. I went back for my follow and was pushed into a procedure that I’m still not sure to this day I needed but ultimately made my situation worst! I never got my concerns addressed or any information after the procedure at the follow up. What I did receive was a hefty medical bill, notes on my medical records that were untrue and her contradicting everything that was said in my initial visit. My only regret was not seeking a second opinion!

I went to Dr. Roz after my OBGYN I had been seeing refused to believe my pain was anything other than just bad cramps. Dr. Roz listened to everything and took action right away. I will forever be grateful.

She's the "BEST"

Dr. Jackson is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. Her practice is so unique as you can get all kind of treatments, supplements, and tests without leaving the office.

i really appreciate this doctor. she ordered a test that no doctor ever ordered and found oud i had hemochromatosis. she tries to get to the bottom of a problem.

Dr. Jackson's office makes you think she is in it for the money. You are bombarded with advertising for expensive procedures as soon as you walk in the door. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but I am now convinced the money is the focus. She ordered some tests, that I had to pay for up front. She said they would be submitted to insurance. After the test my insurance asked for a letter of medical necessity. She refused to write it. Why? no explanation was ever given. I asked over and over. I can only assume she doesn't think it was medically necessary. On top of that the company wanted MORE money. She takes advantage of patients reaching for cures. I saw her several times. She had never looked at my chart whenever I saw her and only wanted to talk about the expensive tests. If I brought up another side of an issue she would say I would need to make another appointment. Don't see her unless you want no answers and less money.

After being with my family CNP, I'll be coming to see Dr. Roz. She's an awesome physician! It's her sincere care for patients, not many drs have this..

My experience was a awesome! The staff was nice and friendly the nurse Carrie really listened to all my needs. I enjoyed how personable the entire staff was from the check in to check out. I recommend this office to anyone. You will for sure get your questions answered here!

Meeting Dr. Jackson was one of the best days in my life.She listened to me and started me on some medications and now I'm the happiest I've been in a long time.Thank you Dr Jackson!

I switched to this office after a bad experience at my previous OB/GYN. I have seen the doctor here three times, and every time I was made to feel like a person, not a statistic. They made sure we were all on the same page with my health care, and they actively listened to any concerns or problems I had. The amount of care I received has made this office stand out among the others as one of the best. I highly recommend this place, for both care and treatment.

I spent years going to different doctors and talking to different people and couldn't figure out what was going on with me until I came here. I finally have answers. Carrie definitely made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and actually listened to me and my symptoms. 10/10 recommend.
