Dr. Messer is a rare gem!
As a Black woman with a chronic pain condition, I have seen my share of horrible doctors. Dr Messer is not one of them. I don’t know what I’d do if she retired. She is very empathetic & kind. I leave my appointments feeling positive & empowered. She is a great doctor & is very thorough. She listens & trusts you when you say something is wrong or when you make a recommendation. She doesn’t ever dismiss your concerns.

Fantastic. Her bedside manner is great. Caring, friendly. Concerned about my health and what is happening in my family that can be a contributor. She took her time!! No Rushing! No hurry up! Other doctors should emulate her. She explains things thoroughly.

I really like Dr. Messer, but the scheduling is a hassle. Even booking an appt online doesn't work well when you know you will need labwork done beforehand. The hold time is tremendous and I always get disconnected at least once. Last year I ended up going elsewhere and I may have to do that again, sadly. Billing is crazy because lab work is done via the hospital so the cost is astronomical plus there is a facilities services surcharge of about $50-60 just for walking in the building? Crazy.
