Don’t care, don’t listen, in + out with no change
I been with her for three years it’s a waste of time, she never refills on time but I guess it don’t matter bc she never correctly diagnose me. Said I need lithium when I don’t have bipolar never been diagnosed by any one else. Meanwhile got panic disorder and NO treatment bc when I talk about it she seems to dout me?? Acts like the lithium will treat it anyway?? Lithium don’t treat panic disorder and ir keep getting worse me and my family struggling with My panic disorder and she just see me for less than ten minutes never changes med ication or listens. !!! Always need call for refill and they don’t call back. It’s like I’m giving her who I am and what I’m going thru and she think I’m a complete different person with other problems. My wife even wanted to leave bc I was getting so bad, this doctor don’t do her job. Saw new doctor and she was shocked I’m in such a bad state and on bad medicine. Put me on new medicine and I already feel better. Dr. Arain don’t care about any thing.

Best psychiatrist I’ve found. Appropriate medication I had been seeking for years. Personable, follow through for the patient’s benefit communicating with my other physicians.

If I could give no stars I would. This office is the worst run office ever. I understand that you will sometime have a wait for a dr. But this kind of doctor I don't think you should have an hour wait when they only see everyone for like 5-10 minutes. PLUS they won't bill you but will sure hound you if you don't pay after not showing up for a month a so. I don't pay anything without seeing the bill. Also, they charged me for a no show fee. I cancelled every appointment.

We were looking for a new psychiatrist and found Dr Arian. In spite of the bad reviews, we still made an appointment with her. She cancelled my wife's appointment twice with very little notice and their office seldom answers their phone. My wife has left 2 messages to make a new appointment and there was no call back. We're moving on.

Wait times are always ridiculous. Appointments last literally 5 minutes. Quite standoffish and seems to not care about me as a patient or the concerns I have about the three medications she put me on 3 years ago and now refuses to help me wean off. Also insists on seeing me every three months even though my condition has been under control for years. I can’t afford to pay $100 to spend 5 minutes with her. So frustrating. Probably the worst doctor I’ve been to. I definitely do not recommend.

Dr. Arain is a very good psych doctor. She is compassionate and truly listens and not just a pill pusher. I have never waited unnecessarily and have never felt rushed in her office.

The office is dirty & smells. The receptionists aren't polite. The wait is never less than an hour. The Dr. forgot to call in my prescriptions until I called 2 weeks later. I have yet to have a separate medication submitted when I told them I was out. They almost never answer the phone. It's a recording that leaves you on hold until it hangs up on you. Very unpleasant to deal with. If you already have a diagnosis this office is ok only to get meds if/when they actually call them in..

AVOID this doctor. Besides the long waits for very brief visits, she frequently cancels & reschedules appointments the day before- I've had appointments pushed back for MONTHS. Also, more than once, I've run out of medication because the doctor forgot to sign the rx when she was in & is now out of the office, & no one there will do ANYTHING about it. Psychiatric patients with serious medical issues & mental illness can't afford to wait for the medical care that they so desperately need!

Avoid this one at all costs. Horrible experience with her. I feel she has a bad attitude-she cuts I off constNtly while trying to tell her something. If I wanna wait 45 min. To c her for 5 min. No matter how serious your complaint is well, u found the right one!!! I requested to c another Dr. I got blackballed literally. A highly respected Dr. & his physicians asst. Who were going to c me have now refused. I had delicately n tactfully tried to handle that situation. Didn't work.

She is hard to understand when speaking. Does not seem friendly what so ever. Takes her time getting to see you. Your waiting for over 45 minutes then your not even in the office with her for 5 minutes.
