Dr. Ronald Vilela, MD

Our daughter has been a patient of Dr. Vilela for over 10 years now. We just love him!! He performed Cochlear Implant surgeries and all went perfectly fine! Now days, many doctors just want to spend 3-5 minutes with a patient and go to the next patient. But not him, during an appointment, he would ask several times if there are any questions and won’t leave until he’s sure all questions have been answered. We recommend him 100%.

We sought the best of the best regardless of travel or cost. Dr. Vilela was recommended after a failed procedure resulting in hearing loss and damaged ear drum from a different surgeon in a different group. We were not even scheduled with Dr. Vilela when we met him. His colleague asked if he could meet with us. He found time in his schedule to discuss a different approach only a few surgeons were performing. Our daughter was the oldest on the schedule that day, therefore, last. Dr. Vilela came out after a full day in the OR and spent time with us to go over the difficult surgery details and findings. We never felt rushed, and he answered all of our questions. We have had two follow-ups since. Today he saw my daughter before another full day in the OR. After today's exam, we received the news the surgery was a success. Not only is he an extremely skilled surgeon, he has great bedside manners and spends the necessary time with his patients. We are grateful for his efforts!!

I’ve had many visits with Dr. Vilela and he’s always kind, knowledgeable and direct. He has performed 2 CI surgeries on my daughter and they both have gone very smoothly. I couldn’t be happier having him as my daughter’s ENT Dr.

Dr. Vielia is a wonderful doctor. He walked me through every step of my sons surgery and was extremely patient and professional.
