BE AWARE - this office has RIDICULOUS cancelation policies enforced by an UNPROFESSIONAL AND POORLY trained front-end staff. Very poor communication skills. They operate by policies not stated on their website nor communicated.

Would've given NO STARS if it was an option! Forced to pay $150 BEFORE any appt would be given-waited 6 mos for appt. COVID in effect-no link for telehealth appt sent by day of appt. Called office-told appt was supposed to be "in person" and too late to come now. Called back-explained situation-now told we would "NEVER BE SEEN IN THEIR OFFICE AGAIN bc of "missed appointment"! After several unreturned calls- Called Dr. Morley; explained COVID confusion to which he was NOT sympathetic nor helpful went on to state proudly "most people wait over 1 year to see ME!" confirming we would never be welcomed back even given the confusion. The arrogance and rude attitude I received was astonishingly unprofessional not to mention unbecoming bedside manner of any physician much less that of one charged with helping people with mental health issues. Stay far away. There's much better help out there with his competition!

I went there to see a PA under him for a few years, the day before my appointment I was told that she no longer works there via text?!? I had just seen her 2 week earlier, there was no warning that she was leaving. I preferred a female practitioner and they were unable to provide me with one. Moved on to somewhere else, and it ended up being way better care.

Just to clarify: This MD will NOT see insured adolescents unless a $150 deposit is provided. NO deposit, no appointment.

Great experience with Dr Morley. He helped my son who has anxiety and depression. Caring and compassionate. We are on the road to recovery. A long wait to see him. He does have PAs he supervises. Most other patients seem happy in the waiting room but we like seeing Dr. Morley. Office staff has gotten much better recently. Overall great care.

Good practice for seeing kids. They rarely accept adults.

I have been regulary bringing my daughter to this pshychiatry center for more than 3 years to doctors under Dr. Morely, but did not meet Dr. Morely prior to today. We had more than enough meds, and felt like my daughter was not progressing. I had called in 4 months after our last visit, and did not get a return call. 10 days later called in again foe an appointment. i was then told our regular psychiatry assistant no longer was working there. It would have been nice to be informed of that.

Extremely patient unfriendly. Frequently takes over a month to get an appointment. If you don't make your regular 4 month appointment, they drop you as a patient and you have to get special permission to come back.

Not taking in network patients currently but will accept out of network. Hmm.

Worst dr I've ever seen. Tried taking me off my mess cold turkey. Nonetheless I've been on them for fifteen years. I highly recommend not seeing him

Two years after I referred by my PCP who supposedly has a working relationship with Dr Morley I am still waiting to be scheduled, I am supposedly on a waiting list. So the claim that they will get someone an appointment in two weeks is completely false. It has been 2 years and I still waiting. I ended up seeking treatment elsewhere, if I was relying on Dr Morley's office I would be dead.

It took 15 years to find out my daughter's true diagnosis. Dr. Morley has been treating my daughter for just a few months but has been able to detect what her condition is and has prescribed the right medications. From all the past doctors that my daughter has seen, Dr. Morley is the only one that my daughter opens up to and the only one that has been able to help her. Although he does not take my daughter's plan, every single visit is worth the trip and the money. I highly recommend him.

As a family that works in pediatric healthcare, we were extremely disappointed in both the clinical acumen and customer service of Dr. Morley and his staff. Staff are slow to respond to patient and family needs. Dr. Morley in particular has a very dismissive and arrogant demeanor and lacks sensitivity for his patient population. He also showed a lack of professionalism speaking poorly of other very qualified (competitive) providers.

I had great experience working with Dr Morley and his team. He was very insightful and helped our son with his concerns. I would highly recommended his practice to everyone who needs help.
