I posted my view before, but I forgot to mention Dr. Massie’s assistants. Also had a cleaning by an expert there. Staff, assistants and doctor all qualified and willing to help patients. Again pain free. That’s big for me.

Dr. Massie and his staff are simply incredible. As someone who has struggled with dental issues all my life, I have seen my fair share of dentists. I came to their office with many missing teeth, as well other issues. The moment I stepped through their office doors, I knew this was not going to be your “run of the mill” dentist appointment. Their knowledge and professionalism helped to calm my anxiety (most people dread dentist appointments and I used to be one of them!), while their kindness and empathy brought me comfort. This group of dedicated individuals, from the administrative team all the way to Dr. Massie himself, take every opportunity to ensure that your experience there is above and beyond what you could ever imagine.

I am very fortunate to have Dr. Massie as my dentist. He is a very caring and devoted doctor, is up on all of the latest medical technology and genuine quality human being. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist, or looking to have one who is a stand out in their profession.

I hate going to any dentist but over the years I’ve been seeing Dr Massie & Staff & I’m always taken care of & put at ease. There is no “stupid” question I can ask….the staff is always reassuring to me & Dr Massie is very kind especially knowing I have panic issues. The care I get with Dr Massie is exceptional.

My experience with Dr. Massie and his team have been nothing short of excellent. Not only is Dr. Massie knowledgeable in the extreme, you can tell he enjoys sharing that knowledge with his patients and staff. I have traveled all over the US and experienced a lot of different dentists, but I can say with every certainty that Dr Massie is the best dentist I have encountered. He is kind, thorough, patient and very informative. He works with you to create effective treatment plans. His staff is equally great and very helpful. If you have ever had a bad experience with a dentist, I would strongly encourage you to try Dr Massie.

Dr Massie has a wonderful chair side manner and is always on top of the latest dental techniques. His office is a totally patient-focused and very professional dentistry, but is also a warm, friendly, and caring environment. Dr Massie and every member of his team let you know by their actions that they care about their patients’ dental health but also about them as individuals. My husband and I are very thankful that we are patients of Dr Massie and his wonderful staff at Premier Dental And Oral Care.

I felt seen and heard every step of the way! I genuinely felt that at every single point of contact with this office I was cared for and spoken to with the utmost respect. Every staff member was incredibly knowledgeable and educated me thoroughly on every step in the process. Dr Massie himself was extremely personable and kind. He answered every question I had thoroughly! I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this office to anyone willing to drive to the lake for superior care and service in a dentist!

First and foremost, Dr. Massie is interested in the whole person/patient. Although always direct and to the point, you just know his genuine concern... and you can be confident in his advice, counsel and considerable expertise. The entire staff works together seamlessly to provide thorough quality care. My husband and I recently switched to Premier Dental and we are so grateful that we did. Dr. Massie and his staff performed a state of the art comprehensive exam that looked at the many components of health that dentistry impacts. We were given a thorough overview of all of these components and an itemized plan of recommendations to improve our oral health.
