Dr. Ronald Less, MD

Dr. Less is through, cares, takes the time to explain and I always leave feeling like I was heard and got the best care possible. The entire staff was kind and helpful as well as respectful.

Dr. Less comes off as a know it all that is too busy to bother with his patients. He does not give his patients the time of day to ask questions and had a predetermined diagnosis the moment he enter the room. Do not waste your time with Dr. Less.

Dr. Less is amazing. I had placenta previa with accreta and he was so caring and knowledgeable. I am 29 years old and the situation could have been scary if I didn’t know what to expect. But doctor Less made me feel cared for and safe the entire time. He was great in the surgery room and it was so comforting hearing his familiar voice during my c section and hysterectomy. I’m so happy that I went with Dr. less as my provider for OB. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ron Less was very knowledgeable and professional. I strongly recommend him as a professional and the clinic.

The second time I was completely shocked at how he treated me. I had confided to the nurse doing my ultrasound that I have suspicions about having endometriosis due to very serious symptoms I experience during my period. Some of the symptoms also tied in to what I was originally there for. She told Ronald Less and as soon as he came into the room I could tell he seemed upset with me. I showed him a list I had written down of my symptoms and this seemed to make him even more upset, he refused to read my list except a couple things. When he was talking I reminded him I can’t hear very well and he refused to pull his mask down this time, even talking to me while looking away from me. I don’t know if that was intentional but it seemed like it was. He told me what he wanted to say, wasn't really interested in listening to my concerns or needs. This was a follow up visit. My procedure was done. He primarily delivers babies. Wish him well, I won't go back.

He really took his time and I felt like he really listened and cared.

Dr. Less is at both Maplewood and Woodbury. I accidentally went to the wrong clinic and Dr. Less was gracious enough to fit me in at the clinic I was supposed to be at. He is on time with appointments. He is respectful of you as a woman.

Dr. Ness is wonderful. He's listens and offers suggestions and doesn't disregard your concerns.

1st time meeting him for general gyn exam. Very easy to talk with. Took lots of time with me. Very professional and helpful.

Listens to his patients and makes sure everyone is familiar with the treatment plan going forward.
