not good at all. i am switching as i had the 1st appointment for that day which was at 8:00. The Dr. was not there and would not come till past 10. that is irresponsible and insensitive to patients and their pain and time. this Dr. (if you have a chance to see him at all) wastes time talking about his regenerative practice. He had very good staff before but now he changed the staff to just obey his orders and not to care about patients concerns.

Good Tesults
I had Dr Killam do a stem cell facial micro-needling procedure and the results are amazing. At 63 yrs old I am now back 2 years later to have stem cell injections in both knees because I have some pain beginning due to age and I do exercise regularly. I am sold on this medical breakthrough in stem cell and Dr Killam has 20 plus yrs experience with arthritis and treating joints, knee, shoulders, etc. so I trust him. Yole

Staff not helpful
i've been going to this Dr office for a little while now. For the most part, most of the staff is nice but there is always a medical assistant who is very rude (Nancy). I am usually able to look past this however this last time she made a very offensive comment to me based off on the medication that I am prescribed.

If you like waiting he is your Doctor
We have waited over 90 minutes past our appointment. They made it clear that he is never on time with his patients and that they double even triple book which makes the wait even longer. The office gets defensive if you ask questions. Yet they have signs in the room asking you to respect their business scheduling policy. You can never get anyone to answer the phones. If you leave a message you might get a call back in a week or so. I had 1 office person call me back and apologized however I was never able to get them on the phone again. He talks only about himself during the visits and how he is going to fix all your problems. Then you cant talk to him again unless you make an appt.

I started seeing Dr. Killiam when he was the hospitalist on my wife's case a few years ago. He began seeing both myself and my wife as our PCP. Both he and ALL his staff have been a tremendous help to my wife and I. It is kind of difficult to actually see Dr. Killiam but his PAs have always been more than helpful and patient. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I called today for a new patient appointment. I have good health insurance. At first my appointment was set for one month in the future and I told them that would not work for me. They then said they could get me in to their office in 3 weeks. That is way too long to wait as a new patient to get in as it is already March and the new patient rush from new insurance patients should long be over. They need to hire more mid levels or something to get new patients evaluated and treated or referred to the appropriate specialists.

Dr. Killam doesn't visit this office but the medical professionals seem fine. The problem is the non-medical staff. They are friendly and courteous but incompetent and the office is very poorly run. Anything administrative, even the simplest thing, is hit or miss. Faxes sent to them by other medical offices are apparently just thrown away. The good thing is I had developed A LOT of medical conditions and the NP has been willing to refer me for necessary tests, which has been a life-saver.

Went to office on Monday for abdominal pain.Saw a NP who said she wanted me to have an ultra sound. Was told i'd be called after insurance was contacted. Thursday i went back to office because i never received a call only to find out insurance had NEVER been called and i could NEVER get a person on the phone! Had the test Friday. It is now Friday again and I've yet to hear from doctor's office with results. Piss Poor operation. Not sure if Dr. Killam really exists since I've only seen NP's

I would NOT recommend Dr. Killam's office. It's impossible to get a human being on the phone. Its impossible to get a phone call returned or any issue with medication and insurance resolved. Complete lack of professionalism from the admin staff here. I would trust my health care to a school nurse before recommending this office. I'm not sure about the Dr. as I've never met him in 5 yrs as his patient. I see a different N.P. every time I have an appt. Be prepared for disappointment.
