Grateful for being Dr Jorgensen’s patient
Been seeing Dr J for the past 10 years and my asthma is under control. I have lived with severe asthma since childhood and now 80 years old. Staff is wonderful and professional. I highly recommend this practice. Always able to be seen if I need an urgent appointment.

Decline in quality of care and staff
Dr J helped stabilize a health condition for me over the last few years, but I noticed a significant decline in quality of care and am moving on. He made significant mistakes and oversights in my records and failed to adequately manage referrals and prescriptions. I needed to repeat myself several times at each visit and did not feel he would fight for me in an emergent situation. His staff denied and minimized these things were happening.

I could never repay Dr. Jorgensen for what he has done for me! I spent 8 years suffering and searching for a diagnosis to explain my illness. A dozen specialists would treat my symptoms but couldn’t find the root cause of the problem…until I saw Dr. Jorgensen. He listened and considered my input. I never felt rushed. He is thorough and provides a copy of his findings and recommendations for follow-up. I receive phone calls with results of tests. He is compassionate with a gentle demeanor and truly cares. He thinks outside the box. I couldn’t have had a better patient experience. Wonderful staff who are efficient and pleasant. YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED! Wish I had found this amazing physician years ago but am grateful to be under his care!

I was referred to Dr Jorgensen by my PCP and I am so grateful to be his patient. He is in high demand so don’t expect him to be spending a massive amount of time in the exam room. But his clinical process and diagnostic skills are top notch. I have an autoimmune disorder along with allergies, so mine was a rather complicated case. It took a couple of months to figure out but he was able to sort it all out and subscribe medication that has changed my life. Be patient when you start this process... it takes time and data to make an informed diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Jorgensen and his staff. They are friendly but formal. They courteous but efficient. Remember this is medical visit not a social engagement. When I read some of the other comments I wonder if people pick their doctors by personality or expertise? I personally prefer medical skills over socializing skills

I trusted him with my health care. Not anymore of what Dr Ronald told me when I went to see him for medicine change. Having multiple health conditions is not easy, but what dr Ronald told made my life Miserable. He told me and I Quote aren’t you having all these health problems. And I said yes I am overwhelmed. He was not done yet he gave me a 15 minuets lecture on when I am getting off of the Access health insurance. I should get a full time job. I am stopping my asthma treatment and my other

After waiting 1 hour we finally saw Dr. Jorgensen. My baby was given 40 pricks and I was told to wait 15 minutes for results. 2 more hours after the test we still did not see the Dr. A nurse told me he was busy & to leave. I asked what he was allergic to over the phone and he told me 3 foods and instructed numerous meds to use daily. I went to a different allergist who told me one of the food items was incorrect and daily meds weren't needed. A friend also had a horrid experience w/ him. AVOID!
