Awful
He is not thorough with you. You will wait in the waiting room for over an hour. He is not caring. He’s not compassionate and will leave you questioning and confused about your concerns.

OFFICE AND POLICIES ARE TERRIBLE
I went in a week ago because I had been sick since Christmas. Instead of letting me see my doctor I was given a covid test and told I wouldn't be seen until the results were in. I am still waiting to hear from the office that they have my test results and arrange for me to see a Dr. A full week later. Thank goodness I immediately went to an Urgent Care near by that same day since I was so sick. I did not have covid and was given and antibiotic and an inhaler as I was also having trouble breathing. I will be looking for a new Dr. This is completely unacceptable and no one in the office seems to care.

The Best
His wait time may be long, but he's an excellent doctor. People need to be able to converse about how they feel , so a conversation can take place. Dr. Fagan also takes the time to find out what's wrong, does the appropriate testing to determine the cause. Good care is worth waiting for.

Horrible. Absolutely disgusted with how he treated my mother. This guy is a joke. Waited over 2 hours and he only gave one minute of his time

My experience with Dr.Fagen was overall fine. It was the staff at the office who are disgusting human beings. The few times I’ve went there for a general visit I’ve waited over 1.5 hrs. My mother was recently in the hospital and then on hospice so I was missing my follow up to get a refill for thyroid medication which they refused and were very nasty saying basically it’s not their fault my mother is dying I need to be seen. I will never go to that office again. In previous visits I’ve heard the workers yelling and cursing by their stations while I was in a room. On other visits i was bounced around and they said he was too busy and gave me one of his associates. Just overall not a good environment or a type of relationship you want with your GP.

I have been Dr. Fagan's patient for 10 years. He has gone above and beyond what most doctor's do to take care of the health of his patients. Not only is he my internal medicine/primary care doctor and gastroenterologist, he also treats me with vitamin therapy (IV Drips of vitamins and minerals) and hormone therapy. Yes there is a wait at times, but that happens in most doctor's office for some reason.

My first appointment with Dr Fagan was in the spring of 2005 at 60 years old. I found him through my insurance coverage after deciding to leave my previous MD. He and his staff have greatly improved my physical wellness over the years. When I’m there I feel like I am among friends who care about me.

Dr Fagan has been my gastro Md who diagnosed my gastroparesis in 2009. He has done countless endoscopies to treat the bezoars in my stomach and has looked beyond western medicine for treatment options for this and the severe reflux it caused. He became my internist around 2016 and is and has been taking care of my overall health. I find Dr. Fagan to be a knowledgeable, caring and easy for talk to doctor. He listens to patients ideas & concerns about their care & tries to work with them.

Terrible. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to see him. He did not read my chart, ask to see records before signing off, did not listen to anything I said, brought a DOG into the examination room, brought a student observer in without asking me permission, and rushed the whole appointment. He did not wash his hands for the exam and there was no soap in the dispenser. The office was filthy. Bedside manner was non-existent. Go ANYWHERE else.
