I am one who believes in praising one's performance in public and reprimanding said performance in private. That is my usual M.O. but I sometimes drift from that, which is what, in 2017, I did. I was about to fire him and seek another physician within the organization to provide the services I required, but decided to let it stand and try to see how things worked out between us. I am still a patient of Dr. Ronald Borlaza to this day. This obviously did work out well between us, and I am quite pleased with this man as a doctor, as well as a gentleman. I believe that both he and this patient have a greater respect for each other's time, as we all can learn from experience.

Not too good. I have been with this man for years and have always received the same poor treatment and tardiness that is unexcusable. I waited for him one day for 3.5 hours. I was going to leave and the nurse said to wait or no travel pay. His office exams are cursory at best and he doesn't answer emails. There is a lot more but just let me tell you "BEWARE".
