Outstanding Physician
Dr. Ronald Berna is thorough, skilled and an excellent communicator. If you need to get to see him in a hurry his office is always accommodating & understanding. Dr. Berna is empathetic, has a great personality and always follows up. He’s a top notch physician in every way!

Dr. Berna is a good doctor and has been attentive to my needs but, the office staff is so incapable and difficult to deal with. They are not in the least helpful or willing to go the extra inch go to bat for you. I was DENIED a sick visit if I didn't pay out of pocket for a visit that wasn't paid due to a clerical error with the office and the insurance company. Hard to imagine that after close to 20 years of being a patient. I would be denied a sick visit over $140. So much for loyalty.
