Dr. Patel was GREAT! My many experiences with Promedica Cardiology Physicians has been Excellent! Dr. Patel certainly did not disappoint! The staff was superficially kind and respectful. I have a hidden disability/injury which makes walking difficult at best. I only wish that the staff would have been perceptive and at least further wondering why a seemingly friendly patient was resisting a very painful walk to register was a "big" deal. Now the amazing lady in the lab at least phoned to ensure there was no other way, was very much appreciated. As a trainer of customer service and leadership It's NEVER about what we say it, but how we say it! Bravo Dr. Patel and the incredible lab technicians!

I have already referred him to my neighbor.
Dr.Patel spent time to get to know me and the issues I have been experiencing. He did not rush me like some Doctors do!
