I began going to Dr. Mrad in 2020. I feel Dr. Mrad is very knowledgeable, caring and personable. She took the time, over a weekend, to read my MRI. Office staff always gives a quick call back when I have a medication question. I would not hesitate to recommend this doctor and have sung her praises to many.

Dr. Mrad is and has been the most compassionate and understanding physician I have had…ever….and at 72, I’ve seen a lot of doctors. To say she is thorough is an understatement. She leaves no stone unturned when striving to resolve my medical issues. I HIGHLY recommend her.

My first impression was simply wow, she examined me, and talked with me, asked a lot of questions. My second visit she started me on Hydroxycloroquine. I used it for three weeks and started having severe reactions, trouble breathing while lying down, cramps, blurry vision. no improvement of symptoms. I called and told them I had stopped the drug, expecting a callback with suggestion for alternative drug, after 3 days and no call back, I called back and receptionist told me Dr. says "go to emergency room". My husband called Cleveland Clinic , I will be going there Monday August 17th.

I have been to see Dr. Mrad three times. She seems to be very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with helping me. I am 88 years old and have psoriatic arthritis. I was on Humira for two months. Then Medicare and my insurance quit paying for it. I could not afford the cost of the the Humira and had to go off of it. Dr. Mrad has prescribed some meds that do help with the flare ups and the pain. I have another appointment to see her next January.
