Lazy MRI Report
The front check-in desk added notes for my MRI to compare to previous MRI done at same location. The MRI tech added notes for the dr. to compare to previous and added a copy of my previous MRI report - read by another dr. at the same location - so Rozin would have no excuse not to do the comparison. When I went back to pick up the report, there was no comparison made. An urgent addendum was sent back to the dr. and the office manager to obtain the comparison. The lazy dr. wrote Prior MRI cervical spine, performed XXXXXX, has been submitted for correlation. Allowing for differences in technique and equipment, no significant change since the prior examination. No new significant findings. There were no measurement comparisons - the previous dr's report had measurements and detailed information, Dr. Rozin did not. Steer clear, this is not the first time. Shame on me I suppose.

Vague
Mri report for the lumbar spine was vague, comparing this report to several over a long span of years, all other radiologists through the years were thorough with specifics about each vertebrae, this reading was completely different, offered little information, “ there is no…” rather than saying what there was, it was all lumped in a short paragraph, but not with the specific location of the discs, his report was odd.

I went to Partners Imaging to have a epidural steroid injection. I arrived for the appointment and was escorted into a CT scan room and instructed by the nurse to get on the table with my face down. While in this position the doctor came into to the room and started speaking and I could not totally understand him due to his accent. I was moved back and forth into the CT scan and instructed to hold my breath at times but was not told when I could breath some of the times, so I help my breath unnecessarily and uncomfortably. After the third or fourth entry into tube the doctor did something and I felt a needle hit my spine bone and I quickly and forcefully jumped because of the pain. The doctor said he was sorry. The ESI ended and the doctor just left the room. I then spoke to the nurse who told me that the ESI was into my thecal sack. The following day I did not notice any relief from pain but I now had a serious pain radiating around my right upper hip that I never ever had before.
