Don't see this guy
This is a churn and bill practice emphasizing infusion therapy because it falls under Medicare Part B, rather than Part D, as it involves billable office visits for treatment over self-administered medications for conditions. At my 6-month appointment with Czubatyj, a nurse practitioner saw me. When I asked if I was going to see Czubatyj, she reluctantly said OK. After several minutes, Czubatyj came in with a 'What are you bothering me for?' attitude. When I expressed that my treatment didn't seem to be working as well as a previous treatments I had involving self-administered medications, he dismissively stated that infusion therapy was the best, and only treatment, I could expect for my condition. While under Medicare's old rules, infusion therapy could be cheaper for patients, new Medicare medication rules make self-administered treatments a less costly option and hopefully will put these types of medical practices out of business. This guy is all about maximum billing.

Dismissive, Acts Superior
You're most likely to see his staff, not the doctor himself, even if you think you have an appointment to see him. The medical staff you do see is dismissive of the patient's symptoms and questions. Holier-than-thou attitude. In addition, the office does not return phone calls. I've left several messages trying to get the results of tests done TWO MONTHS ago, and haven't gotten a call back yet. I would definitely NOT recommend this office to anyone.

Worst service ever
Had to wait several months before my first appointment, then by the time I had my 3rd appointment I had changed insurance providers and never was informed until my visit they needed a new referral. Waited till I arrived to tell me they couldn’t see me. Ever though they called multiple times to remind me of appointment but never any update about my referral. The office cared more about the paperwork then treatment. The frustration leads to me leaving my RA untreated for several more months. I made another appointment and received a call the day before to remind me of my appointment. When I arrived I was told at the window that I have a bill for two days previous appointments copays that went unpaid. That they sent me a bill and said I can’t be seen without paying. Even though it paidThey said they sent bills to my home. Of which I never received. This is the second time the office turned me away without treatment and failed to notify me prior to appointment. It’s not about care there.

patient not first – Mar 06, 2020

Office hours are terrible! I recently lost my job and had to get Medicaid. I saw the doctor 3 months ago and never got my prescription, because it took them over 4 weeks to do the PA and never got it done! I have had to make my 1x weekly medication last 3 months because no one would return my call to get samples or a prescription, which I basically paid for. PATIENT CARE IS NOT A PRIORITY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! find somewhere else!

In pain, doctor about $ – Mar 06, 2020

Dr Czubatyj is a very effective listener. He provides ample opportunity to communicate in writing (office paper work) as well as verbally during the visit. He spends the time to assess and evaluate the issue in which you have come to address (first visit). His various questions after the exam further allow him to focus on likely diagnostics (ie; length of time morning stiffness improves, any oral or eye dryness...). He then proceeds to explain that a series of labs/X-rays will further allow

Dr. Czubatyj works in different office at this time. He was the only doctor to give me a diagnosis. I was sick for twenty years prior to seeing him. My health has improved greatly under his care.
