This entire visit was awful, 1. Not know what patient was infront of him. Adressing my daughter by someone elses name 2x that i had to ask him if he was in correct patient room. Discussing patient information with door open infront of stranger that I had to shut door and tell him it was HIPPA violation.Not listening to patient or parentCondescending After visit notes lied about his exam he only palpitate the abdominal area ,but stated he had listened to lungs , and bowels , checked thyroid, pupils ect no such exam took place he never used stethoscope,. He must have amazing hearing.to know what her bowel sounds were and document them. And when my daughter and I were talking he just kept repeating the same thing which was not the topic we tried to discuss with him , which caused us to get frustrated and walk out.Have NEVER HAD THIS OCCUR with a pediatric doctor, If you disagree or question this doctor he becomes dismissive. Dr. Guevarra was very thorough and explained everything to my 16 year old son so he understood what every abnormal lab value indicated. He sent us for more bloodwork and made it a point to keep calling my cell phone to be sure he spoke with me immediately about those new blood results. He sent scripts for new labs and sent me copy of the most recent bloodwork. We are still looking for a definitive diagnosis but I am confident he will find it.

Called in over a week ago twice to refill for my daughter who has stomach issues. Office never called back. Called again no one called me back. Then called and pressed another number and waited on hold for 15 minutes finally I explain that my daughter needs a refill on her medication I am told doctor will call me back. Two more days go by nothing. Now it's middle of the night and my daughter is out of meds and sick to her stomach because no prescription was ever called in.
